Hot Rolling Mill Rolls
The high chromium steel centrifugal work roll is produced by the centrifugal casting method. The core material is high-strength ductile cast iron, and the working layer is a cast steel material containing alloying elements such as Cr, Mo, Ni, and V. The matrix structure consists of tempered martensite + carbides + a small amount of retained austenite.

Material Characteristics
After differential heat treatment, the high chromium steel roll has improved matrix structure uniformity, more complete transformation of retained austenite, and a more stable stress state. It exhibits excellent comprehensive high-temperature properties such as good wear resistance, thermal crack resistance, and bite performance.
Application Scope
Suitable for roughing work rolls of hot continuous rolling mills.
